What membership is

Membership is the right to use the Right Guide app under a plan. There is no public profile, shared wall or member community. Membership does not renew by itself.

Free membership

Free membership shares general information. There is no personalised experience. You can use the app and save popular spots. A day-by-day plan, venues chosen for you and an offline plan do not open on this membership.

Paid membership

* Price and delivery schedule are confirmed after application; payments are not open. Flights, rent, deposits, insurance and official fees are separate from the service fee and paid directly to providers. Accommodation options depend on availability when researched.

• Adventurer · 15–30 days: 30-minute call · 2 candidate countries, choose 1; 2 neighbourhoods · 3 suitable accommodation options; Personal budget, preparation and entry/stay checklist; First 3 days of settling in; 6 places · 2 social starting points; SIM, transport and groceries. 1 grouped clarification request within 7 days of delivery. Delivery errors are corrected.
• Wonderer · 30–60 days: 30-minute call · 2 candidate countries, choose 1; 3 neighbourhoods · 5 suitable accommodation options; Personal budget, preparation and entry/stay checklist; First 7 days of settling in; 12 places · 4 social starting points; SIM, transport and groceries; Weekly living roadmap · healthcare access, laundry and fitness. 14 days after delivery · 3 grouped question requests · 1 in-scope revisions.
• Long Stay · 60+ days: 30-minute call · 2 candidate countries, choose 1; 3 neighbourhoods · 8 suitable accommodation options; Personal budget, preparation and entry/stay checklist; First 7 days of settling in; 18 places · 6 social starting points; SIM, transport and groceries; Weekly living roadmap · healthcare access, laundry and fitness; First 90 days roadmap · work setup if needed; Compare 2 cities if needed · alternative country summary; 2 × 20-minute follow-up calls. 30 days after delivery · 6 grouped question requests · 2 in-scope revisions.

Rules

The information in the form and on the call must be accurate. You may not hand the membership to someone else to use, sell the plan, or copy it and present it as your own service. The steps in the app guide you on your trip. Membership does not guarantee a visa result, payment of a tax refund, or a third party’s price.

Travel to Southeast Asian countries is usually visa-free. For countries that require a visa, such as Taiwan and Vietnam, the digital forms are completed from start to finish. The application remains yours.

Ending

You may leave free membership at any time. You may ask for saved popular spots to be deleted through the route in the privacy policy.

Paid preparation starts when the form is sent to you. Withdrawal and refund terms are stated at the payment step, before the price is confirmed and collected. Membership may be suspended for a false statement or for distributing the plan to third parties. Suspension does not remove rights you have under the law.
